Ever since I went off birth control to try getting pregnant, my skin has had HORRIBLE acne. I bought a $200 clarisonic hoping that would help, and even though my skin feels very clean, I still have skin like a teenager. What can I do to clear my skin up that won’t harm my baby if I become pregnant?

I want that product badly do you use it with a good acne wash?
    Try that if you haven’t.

Also the balance of hormones, and stress, and that product are all new and turning your skin upside down.
Try drinking a lot of water, take your pre natal vitamins and small doses of the sun may help.

Pay attention to your nutrition, which should include crisp crunchy veggies, fresh fruits, and juices, plus drink at least 8 glases of water.

If you are not taking any vitamins, get a multiple vitamin that has folic acid for a healthy baby. I’m told that zinc, and vitamin C is a good booster of immunity from colds; vitamin B-6 and vitamin B-12 for good nerve development; and Vitamin E is good for the skin, nails, and hair. (also E is good for cardiovascular health). Vitamin A and Vitamin D is good for the skin, and the organs health.
